Running SA and the Adelaide City Council teamed up to create the Women’s Recreational Running Network (WRRN). The WRRN aims to activate underutilised city parks and break down barriers for women's participation in physical activity within the City of Adelaide.

The concept involves a “run club” where women can get together under the guidance of a qualified run leader in a non-threatening environment.

The WRRN:

  • Is FREE! All you have to do is sign up using this online registration form!
  • Caters for women of all ages and abilities. In fact, if you're new to running, this is a great opportunity to get involved!
  • Is operated by nationally accredited running coaches - all of whom enjoy running themselves!
  • Is flexible. You can attend as often or as little as you like
  • Has various days and times available (check Running SA website for times and locations)
  • Rewards you for participating. Attend 5 times and you get a free WRRN t-shirt

So what are you waiting for?! Sign up today for FREE!
